Dear Stanhope Head Office
My name is Richard and I reside at Port Macquarie NSW. My wife is looked after by Stanhope at Port Macquarie and I feel compelled to write this email about the people and one in particular who are employed at the Port Macquarie office.
Since 16th February when the home nursing commenced we have had fantastic service especially from our case manager Chris McGill. She is one in a million and both my wife and myself have nothing but praise for her. Nothing is too hard for her and I'm positive she is doing tasks to assist my wife that aren't part of her job description.
One point in particular is that she has advocated on our behalf to obtain recompense from DADHC for expenses involved in caring for my wife. DADHC have come to the party and we are to receive some rebate which was unexpected.
She makes regular visits to check on my wife’s progress and handles any issue in a professional and competent manner. Also I have nothing but praise for the nurses who care for her (Francis Lake and Christine James). I'm sure without their kindness and assistance Suzanne would not be progressing as quickly as she has.
In summary I would just like once again to thank Stanhope and in particular the 3 people mentioned above.
Regards,
Richard
